HOW DO I RECIEVE MY IMAGES?

Usually when completing editing your photo collection. I will put together a curated variation of the photos. Divide them into groups.Then you will get a personalized password to access your images. The gallery is also made private so only you can access it. There isn't an expiration date. But I still recommend downloading the images within the week you receive them. Backing them up properly.

DO YOU REQUIRE DEPOSITS(RETAINER)?

Yes, for every session you must pay the deposit. To guarantee your time slot/date. Without that being paid. I can't guarantee it because availability changes each week.

DO I SIGN A CONTRACT?

Another popular question. Yes, all sessions paid, giveaways, or artist collaborations. Required a session contract being signed. That must be digitally signed within 24hrs-48hrs of booking.

I'm not a model, will I still do a good job?

Even though this isn't a question. For some modeling can be challenging. I usually will play music. Ask questions about yourself, interest, and such. I want to make sure you feel comfortable. Plus, I will create personalized posing guides to help you. During the session I will preview the photo to you. Your able to see how you look, give you tips to help.

What if I cancel, or do a no-show?

I want to book you, but I'm out
of state or not in Phoenix

Session locations booked outside a 10-mile radius of zipcode 85395 (Goodyear, Arizona) will be billed an additional travel fee to cover travel expenses.

Please contact me in advance about out-of-state sessions, so we can discuss all the details to determine the travel expenses.

It's very important to book a date and time that fits your schedule, however, things happen!

If something comes up and you cannot attend your session, then please let me know at least 72 hours before your session date. You have one week from the original date to pick a new session date.

If you don't notify me at least 72
hours before your session date, then you will be billed an additional $30 reschedule fee. 

Do you offer session add-ons?

At this time with growing business no. But say if we run over our paid session duration. You will not have to pay any added fee's on top of the orginal price that was booked. 

Can I change my session package after booking?

Personally I don't recommend it.  Maybe if your upgrading from a 30 to 45 minute house photo that's okay. Since their minor price differences but if its a major change in duration (30 minutes to 2 Hours). I would have adjust the invoice. It will prolong the process. It's important that we discuss any possible affects that can change the pricing and my own availability.
